Patient satisfaction is patient’s judgment of their desires and expectations of health care. This study determined patient satisfaction with outpatient department services. Institutional based cross-sectional study design was conducted. Study participants were selected by systematic random sampling technique. Data was entered into Epi info version 7 computer software and transported to SPSS version 20 computer program for cleaning and analysis. The questionnaire was administered to a total of 410 clients from April to March, 2016. Majorities of clients were male (62.7%). About 51.0% of the respondents were in the age group of 15–29 years. The overall client satisfaction level with the health services rendered at the hospital was 67.3%. Most of clients were satisfied with the way doctors welcome them with respect, reachability and punctuality by pharmacists. On the other hand, the lowest satisfaction rate was the time spent to see a doctor. Patient satisfaction with Out Patient department services is inadequate so that it is very important to maintain high patient satisfaction in every aspect of Out Patient services.
