The workplace environment, which includes a variety of elements, has an impact on how people carry out their work. An inviting and inclusive work atmosphere will improve employee productivity, which will improve organizational productivity. The study's goal was to look into how the working environment in private universities—specifically, Catholic University—affects employee performance (CUIB). Simple random sampling approaches were utilized to sample 30 staff members from the Catholic university institution using a structured questionnaire in order to meet the study's purpose. The collected data was verified, coded, entered, and then examined in SPSS (21.0), where descriptive statistics, correlation tests, and regression analyses were performed to determine whether a relationship between the variables existed. According to the study's findings, the Catholic university institute's physical workplace, psychosocial workplace, and work-life balance all have an impact on employees' performance. According to the results of the regression study, the psychosocial working environment (t-value=8.5579) had the greatest impact on employees' performance at CUIB, followed by the physical working environment. According to the study's findings, an organization needs to create a supportive workplace where all elements that affect employee performance are in line with their duties if it wants to stand out from the competition. So, it was suggested that managers receive advice on how to interact with their subordinates.
