Organizational Learning and its Relationship with the Development of Managerial Skills

The possible relationship between organizational learning and skills has been the subject of study of many researchers, how organizations learn and how to develop skills is a poorly understood process. Thus, this article aims to identify how learning processes are related to the development of managerial skills: a case study of the project coordinators of the Development Plan of University staff - PDA State University of West of Paraná - campus Foz do Iguaçu. The qualitative research and explanatory character adopted as interview data collection strategy in depth, documentary analysis and non-participant observation and analysis of the data the content analysis and triangulation. It is expected that the survey results are useful for researchers and managers better understand the relationship between the learning process with the skills development and its effects on organizations. The main results are highlighted in identifying a plan that caused the servers to learn, explore and try new behaviors contributing to individual, group and institutional development. It was concluded that by identifying how learning processes are related to the development of managerial skills promotes a new look at the management of competencies with a view to improving organizational dynamics.
