Impact of industrial relations on performance of employees

Industrial relations are having great importance in industrial life .The word industrial relations describe the relationship of employees with employers, between the employees. Trade unionism, collective bargaining and labour management techniques are mostly helps to the industries to maintain the industrial peace. The research attempts to identify the factor which having more influences in industrial relations and to know influence of industrial relations on performance of employees. This research concerned with health care centre’s functioning at tamilnadu. In this research, we considered the following factors are influences in industrial relation that are monetary benefits, labour welfare measures, labour safety measures, grievance redressal procedure, dispute settlement methods, trade union activities, quality in Leadership, working conditions, organizational policies and personal policies. The primary data has been collected through questionnaire among 500 health care staff’s and secondary data has collected from websites, journals and research papers. Finally the research concludes that the factors such as monetary benefits, labour welfare measures, labour safety measures, grievance redressal procedure, dispute settlement methods, trade union activities, quality in Leadership, working conditions, organizational policies and personal policies influenced the industrial relations and industrial relations have an high impact in performance of the employees of an organization.
