Adolescent Cigarette Smoking Behaviour in India is ubiquitous, at the same time, the parenting style also affects this behaviour. A child's growth is influenced by how parents connect with their kids, how they discipline them, how they punish them, how they cope with their behaviour and emotions, and how they act toward other people. A survey of over thirty people has been conducted for this study. These thirty entities have been selected randomly considering various factors in relation to cigarette smoking parenting styles have been considered for parents and four smoking-related scores as Nicotine Addiction, Environmental Cues, Negative Emotional Relief, and Readiness for Change and two response bias categories, Inconsistent Responding Index and Defensiveness are included in the questionnaire for teenagers. Participants were chosen from a variety of universities and institutions in Delhi NCR using a practical data sampling technique. With the aid of correlation, regression, and ANOVA, which take into account independent variables and predictors, data analysis has been carried out. After the data analysis, it is observed that the relationship between the Authoritarian parenting style and the hands-off and ready character types was favourable and statistically significant.
