The Ghana Journal of Physiotherapy (GJP) is a publication of the Ghana Physiotherapy Association. The Ghana Physiotherapy Association was founded at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in 1975 to protect and to promote the interest and welfare of physiotherapists, their clients and the general public in Ghana. The Ghana Journal of Physiotherapy accepts manuscripts covering reports of clinical research, case reports and short communication from physiotherapists and other allied health professionals in rehabilitative fields.

GJP is an open access journal. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in the journals can be read online without any form of restriction.
All GJP articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International License. Readers can copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited.
Submission of a manuscript implies that authors have met the requirements of the editorial policy and publication ethics. Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in the journal.
