The African Journal of Cellular Pathology (Afr. J. Cell. Path) is the official journal of the Society for Cellular Pathology Scientists of Nigeria. Articles in all areas of pathological science such as cellular pathology, histology, cytology, haematology, immunology, molecular biology and toxicology will be published in it. Articles from medical microbiology, parasitology, chemical pathology, serology, virology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science and physiology that have relationships with cells and tissues directly or indirectly will be published in the journal. Articles that involve technical, scientific, clinical and biomedical studies related to human and animal cell and tissue diseases will also be published in the journal.
The journal is a peer-reviewed journal and it is published monthly online by Academic Journals.

Open Access is a publication model that enables the dissemination of research articles to the global community without restriction through the internet. All articles published under open access can be accessed by anyone with internet connection.
The African Journal of Cellular Pathology is an Open Access journal. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in this journal are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication without any form of restriction.

Manuscript Handling Fee
Authors are required to pay the manuscript handling fee only after their manuscripts have been reviewed and accepted for publication by an editor.
The manuscript handling fee for AJCPath is $550 (USD).
