A review of the available literature revealed a positive relationship between learning organization (LO) elements and business organization’s performance. However, to date very few studies, if any, have attempted to examine how this LO’s elements can be exploited namely on non-profit organizations (NPO’s). This study thus examines the relationships between the LO elements with performance of non-profit organizations (NPOs) in Singapore. The required information was obtained from 70 NPOs through the use of a survey questionnaire. The regression analysis results
revealed that individual learning practices, organizational learning practices and team problem-solving have strong positive relationships with NPO’s performance. Conclusions of the study and future research are also discussed.
